01 / Order Processing
All orders placed on NightCore are processed from our fulfillment studio. Standard processing and packaging take between 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.
During seasonal drop events or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details the moment your order leaves our facility.
02 / Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary standard domestic shipping on all orders valued at ₹5,000 or above.
For orders under ₹5,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹250 will be applied at checkout. All packages are insured during transit to safeguard your purchase.
03 / Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines depend on your location. The estimates below apply from the date of dispatch:
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities2 – 4 Business Days
- Rest of India4 – 7 Business Days
- Remote Locations & NortheastUp to 10 Business Days
04 / Shipment Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a dispatch notification via email and SMS containing your Air Waybill (AWB) number and a direct tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to update the tracking information after receiving your AWB details.
05 / Delivery Failures & Corrections
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our studio. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, contact number, or buyer absence, a reshipping fee of ₹250 will be charged to schedule a new delivery.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after ordering, email us at care@nightcore.in within 2 hours of purchase to update the details. Address modifications cannot be completed once an order has been dispatched.
